NASSAWADOX -- A Richmond Circuit Court judge denied on May 4
[2012] Northampton's appeal of the state decision denying the county's petition
seeking "good cause standing" to be a party in proceedings regarding
the Certificate of Public Need application filed by Riverside for the
new hospital to be located behind Four Corners Plaza in Accomack County.
