News from the Virginia Eastern ShoreGREENBACKVILLE -- Captain's Cove, a vacation home development that straddles the border between Accomack and Worcester counties, has been purchased by two Ocean City, Md., real estate developers who could eventually increase the community's size by more than 1,500 homes.

Partners Bob Warfield and Hal Glick, whose high-profile real estate firm was recently purchased by Coldwell Banker, completed the purchase from the First Chapter Land Corp. on last Tuesday. The Captain's Cove development offers access to Chincoteague Bay. Read More in the Eastern Shore News.
