Fishing in and around ChincoteagueACCOMAC -- Capt. Neil Robbins of Accomac has written the VMRC with a proposal he hopes will have a positive impact on the summer flounder regulations.

Robbins believes a shorter season could result in a more reasonable limit on fish caught and the size of the fish.
