Police arrest suspect in Sunday homicide

ACCOMAC — A suspect wanted in the killing of Temperanceville resident Bobby Oneal Ballard turned himself in Monday to the Accomack County Sheriff’s Office.

Kendrkck Di’ke Duffy, 18, of Parksley was arrested on charges of second degree murder and use of a firearm in commission of a felony.
