 | Schools approve unbalanced draft budget with $2.7M hole |
TEMPERANCEVILLE -- Accomack County public school teachers face their
third straight year without a pay raise according to the budget the
School Board approved this week.
The $45.6 million budget, a 2.3 percent increase over this year, also
has an unprecedented $2.7 million gap due to expected cuts in state aid
to the school district.
