 Walmart opens in Onley

Development on the Eastern ShoreONLEY -- It was like Black Friday, only the shoppers were wearing shorts. The long-awaited Walmart Supercenter in Onley opened to customers at 8 a.m. Wednesday [July 21, 2010] after a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by what appeared to be a fair percentage of the Eastern Shore of Virginia's population.
