ACCOMAC -- The Accomack County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Sept. 15 at 7:30 p.m. to take comment about a proposed ordinance that imposes a flat fee of $350 per incident where impaired or reckless driving of "a motor vehicle, engine, train or watercraft," driving without a license, driving with a suspended or revoked license or leaving the scene of an accident is involved.
